Company: Venti solar, a Belgian company registered under BE0635558054.
Customer: any person or entity purchasing products or services from the Company.
Products: ventilation systems, solar panels, and any related goods or equipment offered by the Company.
Services: installation, maintenance, and any other services provided by the Company related to the Products.
Contract: the agreement between the Company and the Customer for the sale of Products and/or provision of Services.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver Products and/or perform Services within the agreed-upon timeframe, but it does not guarantee specific delivery or installation dates.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and installation details. Any changes may result in additional charges.
The Company provides a warranty for its Products and Services as specified in the warranty terms and conditions provided with each Product.
Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period and in accordance with the Company's warranty procedures.
Returns and refunds are subject to the Company's return policy, which is available upon request.
The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning Products unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its Products or Services.
The Company's liability for any direct damages is limited to the purchase price of the Products or the cost of the Services provided.
This Contract is governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Customers will be notified of any changes in writing.
